Jewellery Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule the sales team
• Achieve store sales and KPI targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service and clienteling
• Oversee inventory, stock counts, and loss prevention
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
• Handle opening/closing, cash management, and daily reports
• Resolve customer issues and uphold company policies
• Build local community relationships and event outreach

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail management experience (jewellery or luxury preferred)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Proven track record meeting sales goals and KPIs
• Knowledge of jewellery materials, sizing, and care is a plus
• Comfortable with POS systems and basic reporting
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
