Jewellery Merchandiser

We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Merchandiser who can quickly understand customer preferences and translate them into commercially viable jewellery concepts.

The role works closely with the Sales and Design teams, supporting the entire journey from customer brief to design coordination and quotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements, design briefs, and market preferences
• Act as a bridge between Sales, Design, and Production teams
• Coordinate with the design team to develop suitable design concepts for customer projects
• Take projects forward from design thinking to the costing and quotation stage
• Ensure timelines are met and follow up on ongoing projects
• Support customer relationship management by maintaining clear communication and updates
• Assist the sales team with product information, design suggestions, and pricing inputs
• Apply practical judgement and creativity to meet customer expectations efficiently

Key Skills & Requirements

• Prior experience in jewellery merchandising and/or CRM (fine jewellery or gemstone jewellery preferred)
• Strong understanding of jewellery design, materials, and basic costing
• Ability to adapt quickly to different customer tastes and market trends
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
• Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong common sense

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
