Responsibilities
· Responsible for gemological inquires
· Enhance & update guidelines & procedures
· Oversee & evaluate gemstone market and make financial decision with management on certified gemstone for purchase
· Grade, analyze & support diamond & jewellery standards
· Clean & polish gemstones & finished pieces
· Resolve customer complains concerns & questions efficiently
· Select gems & jewellery according to quality standards
· Follow company procedures & assisting in certification process
· Contribute in research and data collection for Automated Color and Clarity project.
· Stone Security Specialist - Investigate issues occurring on real time bases like switching of stones, weight difference stones and client queries.
· Training and Development – Develop and train prelim check graders to become final check graders and also play an important role in training the new joined.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
