Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays Off)

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a creative and talented Female Jewellery Designer to join our dynamic team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Jewellery Designer at Jewelnme, your key responsibilities will include:
- Creative Design & Development:
- Conceptualize and create original jewellery designs that reflect the brand’s style.
- Work on themed collections, designing complementary items like rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings that form a cohesive and compelling story.
- Presentation:
- Present design concepts, collections, and prototypes to management, explaining the rationale behind design choices, materials, and market appeal.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Collaborate with the IT team to prepare designs for 3D showcase on the website, ensuring seamless digital representation of the collections.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are translated accurately into the final product.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop collections that resonate with our customers and align with market trends.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, materials, and techniques, incorporating these insights into new collections.
- Analyze competitors’ offerings and customer feedback to continuously refine and evolve the design approach.
- Technical Development:
- Use 3D CAD software to create detailed designs and digital renderings for prototyping, manufacturing, and marketing.
- Client Interaction:
- Work with high-profile clients on custom orders, understanding their needs and transforming their vision into reality.
Skills:
- Design Expertise: Proven ability to conceptualize and create diverse jewellery styles, from traditional and vintage to contemporary and avant-garde.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Rhino, JewelCAD, Matrix, AutoCAD or similar software for 3D modelling.
- Material Knowledge: In-depth understanding of gemstones, metals, and jewellery-making techniques, including casting, fabrication, and stone-setting.
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to balance creativity, practicality, and manufacturability while pushing creative boundaries.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the design is thoroughly considered, from comfort to aesthetics.
- Client-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills to understand client vision and deliver bespoke designs that exceed expectations.
- Commercial Awareness: Ability to balance aesthetic appeal and market demands, ensuring designs are both desirable and commercially viable.
- Time Management: Efficient project management skills, ensuring designs are completed and ready for production within deadlines.
- Communication: Ability to articulate design concepts and technical specifications clearly and collaborate effectively with the production team and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Design/Jewellery Design/Gemology/Fine Arts, or a related field. Additional certification in gemology or metallurgy is an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Jewellery Designer.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a range of design styles, including custom and production-ready pieces.

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
