The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2C sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a luxury retail environment. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery based on their needs and preferences Explain product features, quality, and pricing to enhance customer confidence Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets Maintain product displays, stock levels, and cleanliness of the sales counter Handle billing, payment processing, and accurate documentation of sales Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business Stay updated on latest jewellery trends, collections, and promotional offers Required Skills & Competencies2–3 years of retail or B2C sales experience (jewellery or luxury retail preferred) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi and English) Strong sales orientation with the ability to handle high-value transactions confidently Attention to detail and ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times Good understanding of customer service best practices in premium retail
