Job Description

As a Leader Manager at our prestigious Jewellery Brand Store, your role is crucial in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring brand excellence. Your responsibilities will include: - **Leadership & Team Management:** - Lead, mentor, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. - Ensure staff are well-trained in product knowledge, client service, and operational excellence. - Schedule and manage staff shifts, monitor attendance, and handle performance reviews. - Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - **Sales & Customer Experience:** - Deliver an outstanding, luxury customer experience aligned with brand standards. - Support the team in developing strong client relationships and managing VIP clientele. - Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize sales opportunities. - Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and discretion. - **Store Operations:** - Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising. - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security standards. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for replenishments. - Maintain store cleanliness, ambiance, and display aesthetics according to brand guidelines. - **Business Performance:** - Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve store performance. - Manage budgets and optimize store profitability through cost control and strategic planning. - Report key performance metrics to senior management regularly. - **Brand Representation:** - Uphold the brand image through personal presentation and store ambiance. - Represent the brand at promotional events, product launches, and VIP appointments. - Ensure all brand communications, signage, and campaigns are correctly implemented. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. - 4+ years of experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. - Strong leadership and team development skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. - Proficiency in POS systems, retail management software, and MS Office Suite. - Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed.
