Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting onsite classes for JEE & NEET aspirants. Your role will involve delivering content aligned with the Q&I platform, focusing on assessment-led learning. You will engage in doubt solving, test conduction, question paper creation, content development, and review of content. Additionally, you will contribute to creating a collaborative, student-centric academic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct onsite classes for JEE & NEET aspirants. - Deliver content aligned with the Q&I platform, emphasizing assessment-led learning. - Engage in doubt solving, test conduction, question paper creation, content development, and content review. - Contribute to a collaborative, student-centric academic environment. - Utilize Best-in-Class EdTech Tools to optimize student outcomes through smart practice and deep analytics. - Use real-time analytics and performance dashboards to identify student learning gaps, personalize interventions, and improve academic outcomes effectively. - Access curated, AI-tagged question banks and auto-generated assessments aligned with competitive exam standards. - Drive concept mastery through technology-enabled practice workflows to ensure every student receives the repetition and feedback they need. - Track student progress, provide focused doubt-solving, and offer tailored academic support using actionable platform insights. - Be part of a future-ready teaching environment that blends traditional instruction with AI-powered learning design. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: M.Sc / PhD / B.Tech / M.Tech from IITs, NITs, or other reputed National / State-level Institutes. - Minimum 5 years of proven teaching experience with a successful track record in JEE / NEET preparation. - Excellent English communication skills; English-medium education preferred. - Subject Expertise: Score of 85-90%+ required in a 1-hour diagnostic test on the Edtech platform. - Must be willing to commit for at least 2 years.
