Role Overview: We are hiring experienced English-speaking teachers who can conduct engaging and effective online classes for students of different age groups and skill levels. You will be responsible for teaching spoken English using a mix of Hindi and English (for better understanding), resolving doubts, tracking student progress, and helping them become fluent and confident speakers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct live online one-to-one and group classes . Teach English speaking, grammar, vocabulary, and daily-use conversation skills. Deliver sessions in a simple, interactive, and motivating way (Hindi-English blend) Manage class schedules and maintain punctuality Address student queries and doubts during or after classes Provide feedback and support to learners to help them improve Participate in regular teacher meetings or training sessions when required Required Qualifications & Skills: Fluency in spoken English with the ability to teach in both English and Hindi Prior experience in online teaching (Zoom/Google Meet/App-based platforms) Strong command of grammar, pronunciation, and communication techniques Mobile device with a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for teaching Confident in teaching both one-to-one and group sessions Availability for a minimum of 7-8 classes per day of 30 Minutes Strong grammar and spoken English skills Preferred (Not Mandatory): Bachelors/Masters in English or a teaching certification Experience working with EdTech platforms or YouTube channels Salary & Benefits Initially, you will be on a 3-month probation period . During this time, you will be paid 100 per class (each class 3040 minutes). Based on your availability, you’ll be assigned 6–10 classes per day , helping you earn 30,000 to 45,000 per month even during probation. All classes are based on a flexible schedule —you can choose your time slots. After 3 months, based on performance, you’ll be offered a permanent salaried position .
