Experience with configuration and support of financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.).
Ability to gather and document business requirements and write functional specifications.
Experience in testing, training, and providing production support.
Proficient in working with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
