Your role
4+ years of experience in Blue Yonder WMS Discrete.
Support product queries and customers with operational challengesResolving tickets in timely manner within SLA.Perform development of Minor Enhancements and work on Continuous Improvement ActivitiesInterface level troubleshooting between various upstream andResolve customer issues within timeline Design and develop Blue Yonder WMS Discrete solutions.Assist in configure and customize Blue Yonder applications.Collaborate with other technical experts and develop solution and functional / technical design documents to support development of final solutions. Design the solutions/functionalities and prepare the functional design based on business requirements provided by Business Analyst / Business Users. Design business workflows to ensure proper application mapping/flow.Develop interfaces on BY Integrator to ensure proper integration with other systems. Proven ability to provide project / development estimates Proven ability to partner with quality assurance teams to develop and execute automated testing scenarios to support end-user and performance-based testingAbility to work independently with minimal direction, is a self-starter with strong initiative, and ability to manage/execute workload to deliver high quality results.
Your Profile
4-14 years of relevant working experience in BY WMS DiscreteGood Understanding and experience of BY Functionalities and BY Technical ArchitectureSound understanding of BY WMS processes and related BY tablesShould have hands-on experience on process executionExperience in developing Interfaces using BY Integrator with ERP systems. Proven ability to work independently on projectsShould have good understanding on development and enhancement of MOCA commands, triggers, workflows, BY IntegratorShould have hands-on experience to work on Jasper Reports, Page Builder, Creating LabelsWorking experience on Inbound/Outbound process with BY WMS Discrete.In-depth understanding of key warehouse processes and funcitons such as Picking, shipping, waving, receiving, inventory control, replenishment.Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal , organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsExperience working on multiple concurrent projects.Excellent problem-solving skills.Experience in Agile Methodologies will be added advantageAccreditation in any JDA module will be added advantageFamiliarity/working experience in ITIL framework
