Edward’s HCM Functional consultant should have payroll knowledge.

Contractors or Full Time Employees.

- Key Responsibilities-

- Lead the implementation and support of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HCM modules (HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits).

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Configure and customize JD Edwards HCM applications to meet business needs.

- Develop functional specifications for technical teams.

- Conduct system testing, user training, and support go-live activities.

- Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.

- Document business processes and system configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

- Strong functional knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HCM modules.

- Experience with HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Benefits administration.

- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.

- Familiarity with JD Edwards toolsets and reporting tools (e.g., UDOs, BI Publisher).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.

✅ Preferred Qualifications-

- Experience with JD Edwards 9.2 or later.

- Exposure to Orchestrator and other JDE integration tools.

- Knowledge of compliance and statutory requirements in payroll processing.
