Java Trainer

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Java Trainer to join our team at SpeedUp InfoTech, Hadapsar. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality Java training sessions to students, focusing on both Core Java and Advanced Java concepts. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and online training sessions for students. Prepare and deliver course materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments. Teach Core Java and Advanced Java concepts including: OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling Multithreading, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, etc. Guide students through hands-on coding exercises and projects. Resolve student queries and provide individual support as needed. Track student progress and provide constructive feedback. Keep up-to-date with the latest Java tools and trends. Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment. Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of Core Java fundamentals. Hands-on experience with Advanced Java , JDBC, Servlets, JSP, and MVC architecture. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and simple manner. Experience in mentoring or training students preferred. Eligibility: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field. 1–2 years of relevant teaching or training experience. Prior experience in EdTech/Training Institute will be an advantage.
