Job Title: Java Trainer
Location: Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Part-Time / Contract
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Java Development or Training
Industry: IT Training / Higher Education / Career Skilling

Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Java Trainer to join our technical training team at our Trichy branch. The trainer will play a key role in mentoring students and fresh graduates by delivering practical, career-focused Java training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver sessions on Java Programming, OOPs, Exception Handling, File I/O, and Multithreading.
• Teach advanced Java topics including Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
• Conduct hands-on sessions, hackathons, project-based evaluations.
• Prepare and maintain course materials, test cases, and student trackers.
• Offer doubt-clearing sessions and technical support during lab hours.
• Support placement initiatives by preparing students for technical interviews.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong command over Core & Advanced Java concepts.
• Experience in Java-based frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
• Familiarity with tools like Eclipse/IntelliJ, Git, Postman, etc.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil (optional).
• Ability to inspire and engage with learners.

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science or IT
• 2+ years of development or training experience
• Trainers from Trichy or willing to relocate preferred
• Freshers with strong technical command can also apply for internship training roles
