Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of scalable and secure Java-based applications for financial services.
• Architect and design system components, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand financial requirements.
• Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data security standards.
• Integrate applications with banking systems, APIs, and third-party services.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical documentation.
