Java Support

In this role, you will be expected to possess hands-on experience in working within an applications production support/application development environment. You must have detailed knowledge of multiple systems and an in-depth understanding of their functionality to effectively troubleshoot and resolve applications tickets. Your responsibilities will include providing 2nd and 3rd level support for critical and non-critical automotive production applications for a large automotive company. Your main focus will be to maintain, control, and support the applications on the production lines. Additionally, you will be involved in technical support and maintenance activities for the applications.
