Java Support

You must possess hands-on experience working in an applications production support/application development environment. Additionally, you should have detailed knowledge of multiple systems and an in-depth understanding of the functionality for these systems to troubleshoot and resolve applications tickets. Your responsibilities will include providing 2nd and 3rd level support for critical and non-critical automotive production applications for a large automotive company. Your role will involve maintaining, controlling, and supporting the applications on the production lines.
