Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Business Analyst located in Noida. The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for performing systems analysis, identifying business requirements, and facilitating business processes. The role also involves interacting with stakeholders to gather and analyze data, develop business strategies, and support project implementation. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed analysis, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals. Job Description – Business Analyst Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document data and analytics requirements; translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications. Data & Analytics Understanding: Basic understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data models; familiarity with key Azure components (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL, Power BI) and Databricks-based analytics. API & Integration Awareness: Understand how data flows between systems via APIs and integration points within the Azure ecosystem. Data Visualization & Reporting: Collaborate on report/dashboard requirements; experience working with Power BI or similar tools to define KPIs and reporting needs.
