Java Support

Role Overview: You will be responsible for debugging and reproducing user issues in-code, as well as developing examples to demonstrate functionality or the lack thereof. Additionally, you will provide technical support for specialized Product Areas via emails and forums. Your role will involve managing and resolving technical support cases with a high level of complexity for Google Ads products. You will need to respond to customer-reported issues promptly according to service level agreements, and communicate the progress of resolution in a timely manner. Timely and valid escalations of issues to the L2 Team, following established support processes and procedures will also be part of your responsibilities. You should be able to work effectively, manage the team queue, and handle bugs with minimal supervision.
