Java Support

As a Java Support at our client, you will play a crucial role in debugging and resolving user issues related to Java, Core Java, Rest API, HTML, CSS, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Your responsibilities will include: - Ability to debug and reproduce user issues in the code, and develop examples to demonstrate functionality or lack thereof. - Providing technical support through emails and forums for the specialized Product Areas. - Managing and resolving technical support cases with a high level of technical complexity for Google Ads products. - Responding to customer-reported issues promptly according to service level agreements. - Communicating progress of issue resolution/status in a timely manner as per service level agreements. - Ensuring timely and valid escalations of issues to L2 Team. - Following established support processes and procedures. - Working effectively, managing team queue, and bugs with minimal supervision. Qualifications required for this role include: - 6-8 years of experience in Java support. - Proficiency in Java, Core Java, Rest API, HTML, CSS, Spring Boot, and Microservices. - Education qualification of Any Graduation.
