Role Overview: As an Infoscion, your primary role will be to interact with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating architecture, and delivering high levels of service offerings in the technology domain. Additionally, you will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews, and unit test plan reviews. Leading and guiding your teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in project estimation and provide inputs for solution delivery - Conduct technical risk planning and perform code reviews - Lead and guide teams in developing optimized high-quality code deliverables - Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines and processes - Interact with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction - Understand requirements, create and review designs, and validate architecture - Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends - Demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modeling methods - Possess analytical abilities, strong technical skills, and good communication skills - Have knowledge of more than one technology, basics of architecture and design fundamentals, testing tools, and agile methodologies - Understand project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, and quality processes - Have a basic understanding of the business domain to comprehend business requirements - Exhibit excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of more than one technology - Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals - Knowledge of Testing tools - Knowledge of agile methodologies - Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects - Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies and Quality processes - Basics of the business domain to understand business requirements - Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, and Good communication skills - Good understanding of the technology and domain - Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modeling methods - Awareness of latest technologies and trends - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills Role Overview: As an Infoscion, your primary role will be to interact with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
