Java + Springboot Lead

As an Infoscion, a typical day involves interfacing with clients to resolve quality assurance issues and ensure high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating architecture, and delivering high levels of service offerings in the technology domain. You will also be involved in project estimation, solution delivery, technical risk planning, code reviews, unit test plan reviews, and guiding teams towards developing optimized code deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Interface with clients for quality assurance issue resolution - Understand requirements, create and review designs, and validate architecture - Ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain - Participate in project estimation and provide inputs for solution delivery - Conduct technical risk planning, code reviews, and unit test plan reviews - Lead and guide teams towards developing optimized code deliverables - Ensure continual knowledge management and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes Qualification Required: - Knowledge of Java and Springboot technologies - Understanding of architecture and design fundamentals - Familiarity with testing tools and agile methodologies - Experience with project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects - Proficiency in estimation methodologies and quality processes - Basic understanding of business domain and requirements - Strong analytical abilities, technical skills, and communication skills - Sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modelling methods - Awareness of latest technologies and trends - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills In addition to the above responsibilities, preferred skills include expertise in Java and Springboot technologies.,
