Java Spring Boot Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience to provide freelance consulting on code quality, DevOps practices, and project scalability. The role involves reviewing code, assessing DevOps workflows, and recommending best practices to improve performance, maintainability, and reliability of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback on Java-based applications.
• Evaluate DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices.
• Advise on project architecture, scalability, and performance optimizations.
• Suggest improvements for code maintainability, security, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the development team remotely and provide insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong understanding of DevOps tools and processes.
• Experience in code review, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.
• Ability to provide strategic and practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for remote consulting.

Engagement:

• Freelance basis
• Approximately 2 hours per week

Preferred:

• Experience with Spring Boot, React, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Pay: ₹14,782.99 - ₹79,327.47 per month
