Java Software Engineer

Role Overview: You will be joining a permanent role with a Publicly Funded Product based company in the Fintech domain, which is a valued client of HCPONE. As a Java Developer, you will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment contributing to the creation of a future-ready lending ecosystem. Your role will involve actively contributing to software design and implementation, ensuring adherence to development timelines, and maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate within an Agile development framework, actively participating in project scoping and timeline management. - Take full ownership of delivery, managing stakeholder expectations for your specific module/application. - Work closely with architects and team members to create and implement effective project plans. - Lead initiatives from concept through to delivery, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met, even with uncertain inputs. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, vendors, and business users. - Address and resolve conflicts, driving issues to successful resolution. - Lead project delivery with minimal supervision, ensuring high efficiency and quality. Qualification Required: - BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics from a premier institute (mandatory) - 7+ years of relevant software development experience - Strong in Agile methodologies and SDLC processes - Expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and containerization - Working knowledge of ReactJS and other front-end technologies (Angular/JavaScript) - Familiar with API gateways (NGINX preferred) and AD-based authentication - Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, or Cucumber) - Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, CouchDB preferred) - Hands-on with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes - Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS - Solid foundation in CS fundamentals, algorithms, and design patterns - Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills Note: The company provides Medical insurance, free annual health check-up, and fitness reimbursement as perks and benefits.,
