Job Description

Software Development Lead / Delivery Lead Java

Location:

Java Software Development Lead / Delivery Lead – Java

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of Java-based backend applications and microservices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Architecture, Product) to ensure smooth project execution.
Work with cloud platforms such as
GCP (GKE, BigQuery, Spanner)
and databases like
MongoDB, Redis
.
Manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket) and follow best engineering practices.
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills:

10+ years of experience in
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
.
Strong understanding of SDLC, delivery ownership, and stakeholder communication.
Good exposure to SQL, NoSQL, cloud technologies, and CI/CD tools.
Ability to lead and guide engineering teams.
