Java - Production Support

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Guiding team members on technical aspects - Conducting reviews of technical documents and artefacts - Leading project development, production support, and maintenance activities - Ensuring timely completion of timesheets and the invoicing process - Leading the customer interface on a daily basis and addressing issues proactively - Creating functional and technical specification documents - Tracking open tickets/incidents in the queue and allocating them to resources - Ensuring closure of tickets within deadlines - Ensuring adherence to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs by analysts - Encouraging innovative thinking within the delivery team - Ensuring project compliance with Software Quality Processes and timelines - Serving as the single point of contact for project stakeholders - Promoting teamwork, motivating, mentoring, and developing subordinates - Providing application production support as per the process/RACI Matrix As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of projects.
