Position Overview:

Java Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of scalable, secure, and high-performance Java applications.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Provide technical direction, mentorship, and code reviews for the development team.
Drive best practices in software design, coding standards, and agile methodologies.
