Job Description

Generative AI and Machine Learning Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Design, train, and deploy
machine learning and generative AI models
for real-world applications.
Develop and maintain
Java-based microservices
and integrate AI models into production environments using
Spring Boot
.
Perform
data analysis
to extract actionable insights from large and complex datasets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, ML engineers, and product teams) to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
Optimize performance of deployed models and backend systems for speed and accuracy.
Stay current with emerging trends in
AI, ML, and Generative AI
technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with
Java
,
Spring Boot
, and
microservices architecture
.
Solid understanding of
machine learning
,
deep learning
, and
generative AI frameworks
(e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
Proven experience in
developing, training, and deploying ML/GenAI models
.
Strong background in
data analysis
,
feature engineering
, and
model evaluation
.
Proficiency in
data science tools and techniques
(Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, etc. is a plus).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
