Master Data Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage master data quality, governance, and stewardship across various domains such as Products, Customers, Suppliers, Locations, Organization Chart etc.
  
• Develop and maintain business glossaries to ensure consistency in data definitions.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data discrepancies through root cause analysis (RCA).
  
• Design and implement effective data management processes using tools like Informatica MDM or SAP MDM.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by implementing appropriate controls and monitoring mechanisms.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or related field.
  
• Proficiency in working with large volumes of structured & unstructured data using various technologies like SQL/PLSQL/Python/Ruby on Rails.
  
• Strong understanding of Master Data concepts including definition, governance, quality control & stewardship.
