• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in full-stack development.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-12 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (or relevant role).
• Strong programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
• Proficiency in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs / Microservices architecture.
• Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, etc.).
