Java Full Stack Project Manager

1. Project Management:
   Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: from planning, execution, to delivery.
   

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Conduct regular sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and post-project documentation to stakeholders.

1. Technical Leadership:
   Contribute to architecture decisions and system design discussions.
   

Guide the development team in full stack implementation, including frontend and backend components.

Review code and provide technical mentorship to ensure code quality and best practices.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide teams toward resolution.

Stay up-to-date with new trends and technologies in full stack development.

1. Development (Hands-on as needed):
   Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
   

Write clean, testable, and maintainable code using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.

Build responsive UI using React.js/Angular/Vue.js and RESTful APIs.

Integrate with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and third-party services.

Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and security standards.

1. Team Collaboration & Communication:
   Act as the bridge between developers, testers, designers, and stakeholders.
   

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Encourage an agile and collaborative development environment.

Coach and support junior developers and team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

1+ years of experience in leading teams or project management roles (Scrum Master or PM preferred).

Proficient in:

Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs

Frontend: React.js / Angular / Vue.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

DevOps/Tools: Git, Docker, Jenkins, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum.

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.

Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Exposure to microservices architecture and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
