Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Review and improve code quality, architecture, and best practices.
• Drive technical discussions, decision-making, and roadmap planning.

Development and Implementation

• Develop robust backend services and APIs using

  Java

  and integrate with distributed systems like

  to architect and implement cloud-native solutions, ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness.
• Design and manage database systems using

  Postgres

  for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate on front-end development using

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting

• Monitor system performance and address bottlenecks to ensure optimal performance.

Documentation and Standards

• Maintain detailed documentation of technical solutions, designs, and processes.
• Promote and enforce coding standards, version control, and CI/CD practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:

  8-12 years in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Backend Development:

  Strong proficiency in

• Cloud Expertise:

  Hands-on experience with

• Database Management:
