1. At least 3 years experience on developing and fine-tuning low latency systems.
2. Deep understanding of JVM internals, concurrency, and memory management.
3. Experience with GC tuning, Off-heap memory, and real-time optimizations.
4. Hands on experience on profiling the production code using JFR/Async-Profiler.
5. Strong design level and hands on experience on the Data Structure & Collections framework.
6. Asset Management, Capital Markets, Trading Systems, Risk Management.
7. Exposure to OpenHFT, LMAX Disruptor would be a plus.
