Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance Java-based applications using Spring Boot & Microservices architecture
Transform business requirements into high-quality, efficient, and scalable code
Develop and maintain REST APIs and ensure smooth integration with backend services
Write optimized SQL queries, participate in database design & performance tuning
Follow Agile/Scrum processes attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning & code reviews
Write unit tests and ensure code quality using CI/CD and version control tools
Collaborate with global teams and deliver solutions within deadlines
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
Learn and adopt in-house frameworks and best practices

Preferred candidate profile

5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices & SQL
Strong understanding of
OOPS, Design Patterns
, and distributed system concepts
Experience working with
Linux/Unix
, Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
Good knowledge of REST API development & integration
Strong analytical, problem-solving & debugging skills
Excellent communication and teamwork attitude
Finance / Banking / Legal domain experience is a plus
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, ReactJS, TDD/BDD is an advantage
