Job Description

Job Title:

Java Full Stack Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of scalable Java backend applications.
Architect and implement distributed systems, APIs, and asynchronous workflows.
Develop responsive front-end modules using JavaScript/TypeScript and React/Angular.
Deploy and manage cloud solutions on AWS using Kubernetes.
Integrate and apply GenAI tools into development pipelines to boost productivity.
Ensure quality engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.
Optimize cloud usage for enhanced security, performance, and scalability.
Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and drive best practices.

Required Skills

Backend:
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
Frontend:
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React or Angular.
Cloud Skills:
AWS, Kubernetes deployments, cloud security, performance tuning.
CI/CD & DevOps:
Pipelines, Git, monitoring tools.
GenAI:
Experience embedding GenAI tools into workflows is highly desirable.
IaC:
Terraform / AWS CloudFormation.
System Design:
Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and complex architectures.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in cloud-first or SaaS product companies.
Proven ability to lead and deliver high-impact projects.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality engineering.
