Java Full Stack Developer - Mumbai/Bangalore

Job Position Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Locations: Bangalore & Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java 5+ and Spring Boot with primary focus on backend development • Develop and maintain responsive frontend applications using React or Angular • Implement RESTful APIs and ensure proper API versioning and documentation • Build event-driven architectures using message queues and streaming platforms • Design and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift Container Platform) • Write comprehensive unit, integration, and contract tests for both frontend and backend components

Mandatory skill sets:

• 5+ years of overall software development experience • Strong Java development experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security • Proficiency in frontend technologies: React or Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenShift Container Platform) • Strong understanding of microservices architecture patterns and best practices • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) • Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) • Experience with message brokers (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS) • Experience with API gateway technologies

Preferred skill sets:

• Strong experience with Git version control and branching strategies • Proficiency with build tools (Maven, Gradle) • Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, Mock frameworks, Test containers) • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) • Knowledge of monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, NgRx) • Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
