Role Overview: Working as a Digital S/W Engineer Intmd Analyst at Citi means being part of a team where you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in technology to solve complex problems and contribute to the success of the organization. As a developing professional, you will integrate specialty area knowledge with industry standards to deliver small scale features and functions using the right technology. Your role will involve applications systems analysis, programming, testing, and implementation, while ensuring the security, stability, and maintainability of the code. Key Responsibilities: - Transform tech stack and application design into code on various development platforms such as iOS, Android, web/Angular, and services. - Analyze and address different problems and situations to influence development outcomes while utilizing the appropriate technology. - Develop, design, construct, test, and implement secure, stable, testable, and maintainable code. - Engage in digital applications development, risk technology, Middleware, Mainframe applications, Analytic Model Development, and Application support activities to meet specific business needs. - Collaborate with users, clients, and other technology groups to recommend programming solutions for customer exposed systems. - Drive clarity into technical implementation by participating in solution discussions, development, and creating application/systems documentation. - Maintain integrated project development schedules accounting for internal/external dependencies and negotiate features and priorities to accelerate delivery and improve quality. - Assess risk when making business decisions to safeguard Citigroup, its clients, and assets by complying with applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications: - 4-6 years of experience in an Apps Development role with demonstrated execution capabilities. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, data-driven, and results-oriented. - Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud-based services and leading infrastructure programs. - Skilled at working with third-party service providers and excellent written and oral communication skills.
