Position Purpose

Java Full Stack Developer (Angular)

Key Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Analyze business & technical requirements and prepare detailed technical analysis with functional/technical impact.
  
• Design, develop, test, and support implementation activities.
  
• Perform bug fixing, application enhancement, and performance optimization.
  
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
  
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, IST, and UAT teams for production and test environment support.
  
• Apply best practices from SDLC and Agile/Iterative methodologies.
  
• Demonstrate strong learning ability to understand application/business functionality.
  
• Ensure high standards of communication, discipline, ownership, and reliability.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development

• Strong front-end development experience:
  

• Angular

• JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  
• Ability to write clean, cross-browser compatible code.
  
• Experience in

  ExtJS Angular migration projects

• Strong debugging & frontend bug-fixing capability.
  
• Excellent understanding of OOP concepts.
  
• Strong communication skills & problem-solving ability.
