Job Description

Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern front-end frameworks. - Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot. - Optimize code for performance and reliability. - Debug and analyze performance issues across the stack. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, DevOps, and QA. - Ensure code quality through best practices and design patterns. Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience in full-stack development. - Strong expertise in Java (8 and above; currently using Java 12), Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and design patterns. - Proven hands-on experience with microservices architecture, OOP, data structures, and multithreading. - Proficient in modern front-end frameworks including Angular 12+, Node.js, and React. - Familiar with version control systems such as GitHub. - Skilled in code optimization and performance tuning. - Strong debugging capabilities with a focus on performance analysis. - Reliability and quality-focused mindset. - Effective problem-solving and communication skills. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
