Position Summary

Lead Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:

  Lead a team of Java developers in software design and implementation.

• Application Development:

  Architect and develop scalable Java applications using Spring Boot.

• Web Development:

  Develop and maintain web applications using the Angular framework.

• Cross-Technology Collaboration:

  Understand and convert code across different tech stacks.

• Requirements Gathering:

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze technical feasibility and propose innovative solutions.

• Mentorship:

  Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Troubleshooting:

  Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

• Database Design:

  Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas for efficient data retrieval.

• Technology Trends:

  Stay updated with emerging technologies in Java development and recommend new tools and frameworks.

• Technical Leadership:

  Provide guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills

• Java:

  4+ years of experience.

• Angular:

  3+ years of experience.

• Spring Framework:

  3+ years of experience.

• SQL:

  3+ years of strong experience.

• Cloud Experience:

  3+ years with AWS.
