As a Java Developer at KSP Labs, you will be part of a collaborative team delivering results across multiple verticals and technology platforms to mid-size and enterprise clients. You will work in a dynamic environment with talented colleagues, enjoying excellent benefits and an innovative culture. **Core Responsibilities:** - Must have 4-15+ years of experience in Core Java / backend development - Must be experienced in using the Spring framework - Must have expertise in RESTful services, JAX-RS, and Spring RESTful services - Should be familiar with RDBMS/NoSQL databases - Must have a strong grasp of CS concepts - Lead teams through the entire software development cycle - Knowledge of SDLC methodologies like Waterfall, Agile/Scrum - Proficiency in J2EE technologies including Hibernate, Spring MVC Framework, Servlets, JSP, JMS, JDBC, AJAX, Web Services, and ANT - Strong experience in Spring Framework components such as Spring MVC, IOC, AOP, JDBC (Hibernate templates), and Transaction - Implementation of J2EE design patterns in Multi-Tier distributed Enterprise Applications - Development of Web Services using SOAP-based and Restful approaches - Understanding of RDBMS concepts, particularly Oracle - Experience in unit and integration testing using JUnit and Test NG - Excellent team player with strong analytical, strategic planning, interpersonal, and communication skills **Skills required:** - Writing unit tests and conducting end-to-end testing - Analytical skills and ability to translate concepts into implementation - Ownership of tasks/projects assigned - Strong attention to detail and personal organization skills **Bonus Skills:** - Familiarity with hybrid mobile app deployment frameworks like Ionic - Experience in optimizing web pages for web accessibility - Knowledge of data visualization technologies such as D3.js, Highcharts, Kendo UI, etc. - Experience in optimizing website performance - Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc. **Desired Education:** - Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Business/Marketing, or related fields.
