Job Description

Role Overview: As a Java developer at KSP Labs, you will be part of a collaborative team of consultants working across various verticals and technology platforms for mid-size and enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities: - Must have 4-15+ years of experience in Core Java/backend development - Must be proficient in Spring framework - Must have experience in developing RESTful services using JAX-RS or Spring RESTful services - Should be skilled in working with RDBMS/NoSQL databases - Must possess a strong understanding of CS concepts - Lead teams through the entire software development cycle - Knowledge of Application Development using SDLC methodologies like Waterfall, Agile/Scrum - Expertise in J2EE technologies such as Hibernate, Spring MVC Framework, Servlets, JSP, JMS, JDBC, AJAX, Web Services, and ANT - Proficient in Spring Framework components like Spring MVC, IOC, AOP, JDBC (Hibernate templates), and Transaction - Implement J2EE design patterns in Multi-Tier distributed Enterprise Applications - Develop Web Services (SOAP-based and Restful) - Good understanding of RDBMS concepts, especially Oracle - Conduct unit and integration testing using tools like JUnit and TestNG - Strong team player with analytical, strategic planning, interpersonal, and communication skills Qualifications Required: - Experience in writing unit tests and performing end-to-end testing - Analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and implement concepts effectively - Take ownership of assigned tasks/projects - High attention to detail and strong personal organization skills Additional Details: - Bonus Skills: - Experience with hybrid mobile app deployment frameworks like Ionic - Experience in optimizing web pages for web accessibility - Familiarity with data visualization technologies such as D3.js, Highcharts, Kendo UI, etc. - Experience in optimizing website performance - Knowledge of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc. Desired Education: - Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Business/Marketing, or related fields.,
