Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to execute the process and drive the performance of the team on the key metrices of the process. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle. Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code. Ensure that designs are in compliance with specifications. Prepare and produce releases of software components. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Required Skills and Experience: Java: 3 years of experience in Java development. Spring Framework: Experience with Spring Framework for building enterprise applications. Hibernate: Experience with Hibernate ORM for database interactions. RESTful APIs: Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs. SQL: Proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases. Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with microservices architecture.
