The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Marketing Cloud , and a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices. Experience with traditional engineering stacks like Java , JavaScript , or Python is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Marketing Cloud Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs, REST/SOAP services Ensure best practices in coding, security, and deployment Create and maintain documentation related to configurations and development Participate in code reviews, system testing, and UAT Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce environments Stay up to date on new Salesforce features and enhancements Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development Strong expertise in Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Marketing Cloud Proficiency in Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , SOQL , and Process Builder Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture , security, and deployment processes Good knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for integrations Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Nice to Have: Experience in one or more programming languages: Java , JavaScript , Python Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I - Required Additional certifications in Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , or Marketing Cloud - Preferred
