Job Details Country/Region: India Employment Type: Hybrid Work Type: Contract State: Karnataka City: Bengaluru Requirements Bangalore, India or Hyberdad, India **3 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE** Candidates must have their own laptops/equipment Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Anaplan Developer with 3-7 years of experience to lead the design, development, and optimization of Anaplan models, with a strong focus on Workforce and CAPEX planning modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of multiple Anaplan implementations and the ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and optimize Anaplan model structures and architecture Lead 3-5+ end-to-end Anaplan implementations, especially in Workforce and CAPEX modules Conduct unit testing, ensure solution quality, and resolve defects Manage and triage production support tickets and enhancement requests Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and Agile scrum ceremonies Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Anaplan solutions Provide deployment support using Anaplan ALM Champion Anaplan best practices and ensure model scalability and maintainability Required Skills: Strong hands-on expertise in Anaplan modeling Experience with Workforce Planning and CAPEX modules Proficiency in ALM , model deployment, and production support Familiarity with business intelligence tools and analytics Strong understanding of unit testing, QA, and defect tracking Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with business and technical teams Ability to lead technical development and coach junior team members Certifications: Anaplan Level 3 Model Builder Certification - Required Anaplan Solution Architect Certification - Preferred
