Java Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Java, modern frameworks, and building scalable backend systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with external services
• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong knowledge of Java 8+, Spring / Spring Boot
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with frontend technologies is a plus
