- 1-2 years hands-on experience with Java and Spring Framework
- Strong understanding of core Java, Spring, Git and PostgreSQL features
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and a drive for clean, well-crafted code
NICE TO HAVE
- Basic understanding with OOAD, REST, WebSocket, GraphQL
- Basic understanding of API security, load balancing, and database performance
- Exposure to Flutter or other modern frontend frameworks
- Interest in distributed systems, data modeling, and event-driven architectures
