Java Backend Lead

Role Overview: As a Java Backend Lead at Wipro Limited, your role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations, and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists. You will be based in Kochi or Bangalore with 8-11 years of experience. Key Responsibilities: - Good understanding of Java basics and OOPS, Collections, Design patterns, and Junit Test cases. - Hands-on experience in working with cloud-native/microservice architecture-based services. - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Java programming language java 8/11+ and Spring boot Rest APIs, JPA/Hibernate. - Hands-on experience with Redis Caching, Kafka Messaging, and third-party API Integrations. - Understanding and hands-on experience with Cloud components - AWS S3, API Gateway, Xray, Cloud Watch. - Experience in microservices architecture and design patterns such as microservices sync and async communication, API Fault tolerance and Resilience, Logging and tracing, Distributed transaction management, Scheduled transactions/Resyncs, CQRS. - Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL/Oracle. - Understanding of NoSQL Database such as Mongo or Dynamo DB, and writing optimized queries. - Skilled in using Git, Maven, Docker, Sonar, and AWS Components for efficient code management and deployment.
