Must Have Skills

• 8+ years of total IT experience
• 6+ years of strong Core Java and Spring Boot development
• 6+ years in Microservices architecture and RESTful API development
• 4+ years experience in a Team Lead role
• Expertise in application development & deployment with CI/CD tools
• Strong verbal and written communication for client interaction
• Good understanding of tech stack, database migration, and SQL

Good To Have Skills

• 4+ years working with MongoDB & Kafka
• Agile experience
• Knowledge of PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) domain
• Experience in GCP or other cloud platforms
• Database migration experience especially to PostgreSQL

Responsibilities

• 1Lead and drive development of scalable backend components
• 2Design and implement microservices using SpringBoot
• 3Collaborate with internal teams and external clients for smooth delivery
• 4Handle database migration and REST API development
• 5Provide mentorship and leadership to a team of 810 developers
• 6Ensure cloud compatibility and CI/CD integration

Role Details

• Reporting To: Delivery Manager
• Team Size Reporting: 8 to 10 developers
• On-site Opportunity: Yes (Post initial period)
• USP: Direct client interaction, visibility, and new team setup
• Project: PBM Eligibility System Migration (AS400/ RxClaim to GCP)
• Expected Team Size: 10 to 15 developers
