8+ years of total IT experience6+ years of strong Core Java and Spring Boot development6+ years in Microservices architecture and RESTful API development4+ years experience in a Team Lead roleExpertise in application development & deployment with CI/CD toolsStrong verbal and written communication for client interactionGood understanding of tech stack, database migration, and SQL

Good To Have Skills
4+ years working with MongoDB & KafkaAgile experienceKnowledge of PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) domainExperience in GCP or other cloud platformsDatabase migration experience especially to PostgreSQL

Responsibilities
1Lead and drive development of scalable backend components2Design and implement microservices using SpringBoot3Collaborate with internal teams and external clients for smooth delivery4Handle database migration and REST API development5Provide mentorship and leadership to a team of 810 developers6Ensure cloud compatibility and CI/CD integration

Role Details
Reporting To: Delivery ManagerTeam Size Reporting: 8 to 10 developersOn-site Opportunity: Yes (Post initial period)USP: Direct client interaction, visibility, and new team setupProject: PBM Eligibility System Migration (AS400/RxClaim to GCP)Expected Team Size: 10 to 15 developers
