Job Title: Java Backend Developer Team Lead Experience: 5+ Yrs Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office) Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with Spring Boot experience to develop and deploy applications. You will be responsible for creating lightweight backend services that interact with sensors, GPIOs, APIs, and automation platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about IoT, embedded systems, and scalable Java applications. Role & responsibilities Lead a team of backend developers and guide them through project execution. Design and develop microservices using Spring Boot Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and QA engineers. Integrate with hardware components using GPIO or serial communication (e.g., temperature sensors, motors) Create RESTful APIs to expose data or control hardware Collaborate with front-end/mobile teams if needed Ensure security, performance, and scalability of applications. Work with WebSocket, Raspberry Pi , and various IoT protocols in cloud-based environments. Contribute to architectural decisions and actively mentor junior developers. Nice to Have: Knowledge of Raspberry Pi, WebSocket, or GraphQL Understanding of energy-efficient design for always-on apps Preferred Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent degree from a reputed institution. Self-starter with an analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude. Passionate about coding, architecture, and performance tuning. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
